MATERIALS MUST BE REQUESTED IN ADVANCE: 48 hours for LaGuardia; Two weeks for CUNY
Submitting requests does not guarantee availability - they must be confirmed.
Deliveries may be delayed due to heavy demand.
Instructor must notify Media Desk of room change or equipment cancellation.
Some equipment may need to be picked up and returned by requestor, e.g., digital audio recorder, camcorder, or laptops.
Media staff will pick up equipment for Extended Day use by 9:30 PM.
NEVER LEAVE EQUIPMENT UNATTENDED. Call x5431 and await pickup.
The borrower agrees to take responsibility for securing equipment and materials.
